Office Furniture FAQs

• What should I consider when choosing office furniture for my space?

Start with how the space will be used, how many people it needs to support, and the room’s dimensions. Also consider circulation, storage, accessibility, and how the furniture needs to work together. If you’re furnishing or reconfiguring a larger space, Choice can help with layout planning.

• What information should I provide to get a useful quote?

Include the products or types of furniture you’re considering, quantities, your project location, and your target timeline. For a larger project, send a floor plan or room measurements and describe how the space will be used. A budget range can also help the team recommend suitable options.

• Can Choice help plan a complete office, or do I need to know exactly what to order?

You don’t need to select every item. Choice offers space planning that uses your measurements and workflow needs to develop a proposed layout, then matches furniture options to the plan and your budget.

• Can I buy a few pieces, or does Choice only handle full office projects?

Choice works on projects ranging from individual offices to larger workplace layouts. Contact the team with your needs, and they can advise you on product selection and next steps.

• How should I estimate the budget for an office furniture project?

The total depends on the number of items, the products and configurations you select, and whether the project requires planning, delivery, or installation. For a useful estimate, share your space details, quantities and budget range so the team can suggest options that fit.

• Are the prices shown online the final cost of my order?

Online pricing is shown where available. The total may depend on selected options, quantities and project services. If a product has no listed price, or you’re buying for a larger project, ask Choice for a quote that reflects your requirements.

• How soon can I receive the furniture?

Timing depends on the products selected, availability and project requirements. If you’re working toward a move-in or installation date, share that date before ordering so Choice can confirm what timing is possible.

• Can Choice deliver and install furniture outside Calgary?

Choice provides planning and project services across Canada, including project delivery and installation. Share your location and project details to confirm which services are available for your order.

• Can I lease finance an office furniture purchase?

Choice offers lease financing for office furniture and services. Contact the team to discuss your project and get information about available financing options.

• Can Choice coordinate furniture with an office move or reconfiguration?

Yes. Choice offers office moving and decommissioning services, plus planning and installation support. If you’re moving, changing your layout or furnishing a new space, describe the full project in your inquiry so the team can discuss how the services fit together.
